Job summary

Modernize Home Services, a QuinStreet division, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the roadmap for our Inbound Calls product for homeowners and contractors. You will bridge customer experience, engineering, and operations, translating insights into clear priorities and delivering high-impact improvements.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, conduct rigorous market research, and design experiments to validate hypotheses, with a bias toward speed, quality, and measurable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience with multiple products or features
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into clear priorities
• Fluency in consumer and business customer perspectives in the calls space
• Proven ability to design, run and analyze A/B tests and experiments
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data-informed decisions
• Experience with product analytics platforms and metrics (adoption, churn, conversion, engagement)

Responsibilities

• Build and own the product roadmap translating objectives into KPI-driven priorities
• Lead initiatives across the full product journey from discovery to contractor connection
• Define PRDs with requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical needs for engineering
• Partner with product, engineering, design, and call center teams to ship improvements
• Drive user adoption by removing friction and communicating impact to clients
• Analyze results and use data to guide roadmap prioritization and optimizations
• Communicate roadmap strategy and tradeoffs clearly to executives and stakeholders
