What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Experience breaking down initiatives into user stories and participating in scrum ceremonies
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and establish acceptance criteria
- Demonstrated readiness to engage in customer interactions and work with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical subject preferred

- Experience in financial services, payments, or payments operations
- Familiarity with relevant technical tools such as SQL and Tableau
- Proven ability to contribute to product strategy and align goals with business objectives
