This role balances strategy and execution across teams and markets to deliver meaningful value.

You will evaluate market opportunities, develop product strategies, and support full lifecycle activities while partnering with sales and engineering to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of direct work experience in product engineering, marketing, manufacturing, or sales.
• Experience in New Product Development and Product Introduction.
• Proven initiatives which improve profitability to reach targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of products and business lines to support revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.
• Identify and evaluate customer needs, emerging market trends, competitive dynamics, and new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies, business cases, and go-to-market plans.
• Support the full product lifecycle, including concept development, feasibility analysis, product development, commercialization, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
