Job summary

Donaldson Company, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager II – Global Adjacent Markets to own the strategy and roadmap for adjacent market opportunities worldwide. You will lead a global cross-functional effort to translate opportunities into profitable offerings.

Responsibilities include driving market expansion, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with teams to deliver differentiated, compliant products. Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years in product management or related roles in industrial OEM.
• MBA or equivalent commercial training is preferred.
• Experience with global regulatory, emissions and homologation requirements.
• Proven cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
• Strong customer-facing communication across engineering and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and adjacent market expansion.
• Own and drive the global product roadmap for assigned adjacent market opportunities.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritize new market opportunities through market sizing and business case development.
• Translate market signals into prioritized development opportunities balancing near-term revenue with longer-horizon bets.
• Lead cross-functional development and lifecycle execution from concept to market maturity.
• Handoff mature products to the responsible business, region or product line.
