Qualifications

• Experience leading product planning, execution, and delivery.
• Strong Agile experience and ability to manage roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate user needs into clear features and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with government stakeholders and internal teams.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on customer needs, business value, and contractual priorities.
• Collaborate with engineers, UX/UI designers, business analysts, and program leadership throughout the product lifecycle.
• Gather and translate user feedback and business requirements into user stories and criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate and communicate product releases and support change management activities.
