Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with government stakeholders and internal teams.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on customer needs, business value, and contractual priorities.
• Collaborate with engineers, UX/UI designers, business analysts, and program leadership throughout the product lifecycle.
• Gather and translate user feedback and business requirements into user stories and criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate and communicate product releases and support change management activities.

The Product Manager serves as the bridge between government stakeholders, end users, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure products align with mission objectives, user needs, and business priorities.

What You'll Do
