Job summary

Wilcore Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

You will own the program’s delivery success, manage the client relationship, and ensure staffing, funding, and compliance align with client objectives. You will drive growth by translating client needs into opportunities, partnering with product and engineering, and steering recompete efforts.

Qualifications

• Requires a federal IT or digital services background and project ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts through recompete or expanded scope.
• Strong governance, compliance, and financial management experience.
• Experience partnering with product, UX, and engineering leads.

Responsibilities

• Hold overall accountability for contract delivery, quality, and stakeholder communication.
• Own the VA client relationship and serve as primary government contact.
• Drive recompete strategy and execution to secure option years and new work.
• Manage staffing, financials, subcontractors, and compliance across the program.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with managers to support growth.
