Role Overview

As a Product Manager II, you will be responsible for delivering resilient, reliable, and connected systems with an exceptional user experience, focusing on core data transfer workflows and user-facing features like pairing, battery management, and sensor functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy, roadmap, and measurable goals for connectivity and embedded systems to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Lead cross-functional teams across mobile, firmware, hardware, QA, and support to deliver high-quality products.
• Enhance backend capabilities such as Bluetooth connectivity, data transfer, and firmware updates across iOS and Android platforms.
• Manage hardware-integrated features including power management, LED and haptic feedback, and device controls within the app.
• Use performance metrics to guide product decisions and prioritize opportunities that impact members and meet business objectives.
• Maintain clear documentation of requirements, release plans, and rationale to ensure alignment and effective execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1–2 years in connected hardware or embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of Bluetooth (BLE) and mobile-device communication.
• Familiarity with embedded software and firmware development processes, with ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Experience launching cross-platform (iOS + Android) features involving hardware interaction.
• Excellent analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with ability to synthesize data to identify opportunities.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams delivering complex user experiences.
• Passion for human performance, health tech, and seamless product integration.

Additional Details

This role is based in Boston, MA. The candidate must be willing to relocate if necessary.
