Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Product Manager II to lead AI-focused power assembly strategies from Austin or remote West Coast. You will own go-to-market plans, drive growth opportunities, and partner with S&OP for capacity expansion in a high-velocity AI environment.

The role requires 2+ years in PM or related fields, strong cross-functional communication, and a readiness to own P&L aspects while delivering differentiated products for hyperscalers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in PM, Sales, or Business Development experience in interconnects or AI infrastructure is strongly preferred.
• Bias for Action: self-starting with results over process.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership of product line.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Growth: identify growth opportunities within AI segments and articulate market trends.
• Go-to-Market Execution: lead product launches and develop value propositions for AI space.
• Operations & Capacity: partner with S&OP to drive capacity expansion for hyperscale AI deployment.
• Financial Leadership: own the P&L for your portfolio and address gaps to the business plan.
• Customer Engagement: engage with customers and hyperscalers to ground roadmaps in market feedback.
