Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Product Manager to lead a cohesive Search Personalization strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional partnerships with Product, Engineering, Design, and data teams in San Francisco.

You will integrate innovative Search Personalization features using unique user intent, drive relevance of search results, and collaborate across marketing, legal, strategy, and product management to execute.

Qualifications

• Strong product sense and ability to collaborate, gain stakeholder buy-in, and set a longer-term vision.
• Demonstrated success in product management or related experience at fast-growing companies, particularly with AI/ML-based products.
• Proven ability to lead in ambiguous environments and align functions, teams, and organizations to deliver on time.
• Strong analytical skills using data analysis and qualitative user feedback for product decisions and trade-offs.
• Previous search experience is a plus but not required.
• Technical strength and ability to partner with Engineering teams using technologies including Machine Learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive Search Personalization strategy and roadmap in partnership with Product, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Incorporate innovative Search Personalization features into models using unique user intent.
• Create products that help users find inspiration, browse products, and find items to buy.
• Investigate and hypothesize opportunities to improve the relevance of Pinterest search results.
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, research, marketing, legal, strategy, and product management teams to define, measure, and drive execution.
