Job summary

interface.ai is hiring a Product Manager in San Francisco to own execution for a scoped feature area within an AI-native platform for financial services. You’ll work closely with an engineer, run discovery with customers, write clear specs, and ship quickly while measuring outcomes.

You’ll thrive if you have 2–3 years in product management, strong written communication, and comfort handling evolving roadmaps in a startup environment. Onsite SF office, H1B transfers welcome.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in product management (or 1–2 years PM plus strong analytical/technical background)
• Comfort executing against a roadmap set by others while bringing real judgment to specifics
• Strong written communication – spec you can build from without you in the room
• First-principles problem solving and comfort with fast startup pace
• AI-native workflow – build with AI daily; tools vary

Responsibilities

• Own feature specs and acceptance criteria for a defined area within a larger domain
• Partner with an engineer day-to-day to ship, iterate, and fix what’s not working
• Conduct lightweight discovery with customers, support, and internal teams
• Track metrics to show whether what you shipped achieved outcomes
• Work in an AI-native way to move faster and improve processes
