interface.ai in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own outcomes for a defined subdomain within our AI-powered financial services platform. You’ll partner with a senior engineer, shape your roadmap, and mentor PMs.
This is an ownership role emphasizing real impact, hands-on AI work, and close collaboration with leadership. Requires 3–5 years in product management, comfort with ambiguity, and a proven track record of delivering outcomes.
interface.ai is the agentic AI platform for financial services — bringing conversational and agentic AI to the credit unions and community banks that serve everyday Americans. We're not a lab, we're not a demo company, and we're not burning runway on hypotheticals. We are in production, generating real revenue, and on a mission that matters: making intelligent financial services available to the millions of people who've never had a private banker.
More than 100 banks and credit unions run on interface.ai, reaching over 10 million people. Many products are live today; the biggest bets — an AI-first contact center and an AI-native consumer banking experience — are what comes next. Backed by $30M in Series A funding and already cash-flow positive, we're at the inflection point: a proven product, paying customers, and a profitable business rebuilding itself as an AI-native company to lead a world where agents, not software, do the work.
As a Senior Product Manager, you own a welldefined subdomain or initiative endtoend — not a full domain, but real outcomes within one, under real (if bounded) ambiguity. You partner with a senior engineer as a nearpeer, shape the sequencing of your own roadmap within the direction set by domain leadership, and mentor the PMs executing alongside you. This is the seat for someone ready to move past pure execution into real ownership, without yet carrying an entire domain's strategy.
The strongest profiles have already shipped something real and owned the outcome, not just the delivery, they've had to defend a plan to an engineer who pushed back, or to a manager under pressure for a visible win, and held their ground on what was actually right. You don't need to have run a full domain. You do need to show you can take a real, partlyconflicting set of inputs and turn it into a plan you'd actually stand behind.
This is a real ownership seat for a subdomain, not a backlogmanagement one — and not yet a fulldomain strategy seat either. You're the one filling in the real plan for your area, defending it to your engineering partner and your manager, not executing someone else's roadmap line by line. If you measure yourself purely in tickets shipped, this isn't the role. If you're looking to set the entire company's product strategy on day one, that's the Domain or Principal PM seat, not this one — but this is exactly how you get there.
Series A · $30M raised · Cash-flow positive — we're not burning cash hoping the product works. Customers are live, revenue is real, and the mission is one you can explain to your family without a slide deck.
You'll work directly with Bruce Kim (CTO / Co-Founder), who sets the technical bar and goes deep on the hardest problems, and Srinivas Njay (CEO), who is hands‑on daily across product and engineering. Founding‑team-tier equity, top‑of‑market base, comprehensive benefits, and a modern San Francisco office worth showing up to. The team is small enough that your judgment shapes everything, and the market is large enough that what you build will matter for a long time.
