You'll collaborate with policy, operations, and Trust and Safety teams to shape strategies, roadmaps, and controls that protect creators and viewers. Strong communication and rapid iteration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 5 years of product management or related technical experience.
• 2 years taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience with machine learning solutions or platform tools.

Responsibilities

• Guide products from conception to launch by aligning technical and business goals.
• Define, detect and prevent scalable adversarial activity across YouTube.
• Shape product roadmaps and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute.
