The Crown Is Yours

As a Product Manager II, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives that shape our customer experience and drive measurable business results. You’ll define strategy, manage complex roadmaps, and turn business and customer needs into scalable solutions, including opportunities powered by machine learning and advanced analytics. Working across Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, User Experience, and business teams, you’ll bring structure to complex challenges and guide initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization. You’ll help shape how we use data, experimentation, and technology to create stronger experiences for our players and unlock new opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key initiatives, from opportunity discovery and roadmap definition through launch, iteration, and optimization.
  • Translate business goals and customer needs into clear requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans, including framing opportunities that Data Science and technical teams can build against.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, User Experience, and business stakeholders to bring scalable solutions to life.
  • Use qualitative insights and quantitative data to evaluate performance, prioritize initiatives, and make informed decisions.
  • Champion experimentation through A/B testing and iterative development, using results to demonstrate business impact and shape future roadmap priorities.
  • Partner with technical teams to understand data, feature, and platform dependencies and sequence roadmap priorities accordingly.
  • Balance short-term business results with long-term strategy, advocating for scalable, responsible, and customer-centric applications of technology and analytics.
  • Build alignment across teams by clearly communicating priorities, trade-offs, progress, and learnings.
What You’ll Bring
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • At least 5 years of Product Management experience with a strong track record of launching and scaling customer-facing, machine learning-powered, or analytics-driven experiences.
  • A strong understanding of agile methodologies, development workflows, and cross-functional team dynamics.
  • The ability to translate complex business and customer needs into structured, actionable requirements for technical, Data Science, and Analytics teams.
  • Experience using data and experimentation to make decisions, evaluate impact, and distinguish meaningful results from broader trends or external factors.
  • Technical fluency that enables you to collaborate effectively with Data Science and Engineering teams on areas such as data inputs, model evaluation, dependencies, and ongoing performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex decisions clearly to both technical and business audiences.
  • A strong sense of direction and comfort navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and creating structure around complex opportunities.
