POSITION SUMMARY
The CVS Enterprise Identity & Access Management (EIS IAM) team is responsible for managing all aspects of workforce identity and access management in the company. We are currently going through a major technology modernization effort. As part of this effort, we are on a mission to implement cutting edge product stack in authentication, authorization, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) areas. We are a team of highly motivated and skilled engineers focused on implementing the modern tool stack and retiring several outdated technologies. We are looking to add experienced, skilled and motivated leaders, engineers and analysts to this growing team who are passionate about technology and solving challenging problems to take our IAM platform to new heights.
About the Role
As the IAM Access Automation product manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of talented engineers and analysts focused on access provisioning automation of all kinds of old and new platforms, databases and applications using a cutting edge, cloud based access automation framework. If you have worked in a large scale, complex IAM ecosystem involving several stakeholders, built creative solutions with out-of-the-box thinking then you are perfect fit for this role. *This position is remote. Candidates must be able to work EST hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Define the product roadmap and drive it to completion.
Manage a team of both onshore & offshore business analysts and developers.
Manage effective communication with various stakeholders and senior management.
Provide necessary support to the team to handle day-to-day issues and challenges.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
7-10 years of total experience working in IT field.
5+ years of experience managing onshore and offshore team of developers.
3+ years of product management experience.
2+ years experience working on software automation projects.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in DevOps and agile framework.
Experience working in Jira & other Agile PM tools.
Current or previous experience of software design and development preferably on C# .Net platform, relational databases, REST API etc.
Experience working in the field of Identity & Access Management.
Experience working on Azure cloud platform.
Exposure to Mainframe environments.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $124,372.50 - $247,200.00.
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
