Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Product Manager I to own features end-to-end, from discovery through launch and iteration. You will translate insights into requirements, prioritize the backlog, and partner with design and engineering to deliver customer-centric outcomes.

You will measure outcomes, inform roadmaps, and support releases with senior leadership. This role requires 2–4 years in product management in a tech environment and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Product discovery and user empathy throughout feature delivery.
• Clear PRDs/user stories with acceptance criteria and backlog hygiene.
• Data-informed decision making using feature metrics.
• Understand API basics and UX principles for delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering and design in Agile ceremonies.
• Plan and execute with disciplined sprint cadence.

Responsibilities

• Own feature delivery end-to-end from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Prioritize backlog and align work to product roadmap and OKRs.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to scope and estimate work.
• Run lightweight research to validate requirements and assumptions.
• Instrument features, monitor adoption, and iterate based on data.
• Coordinate releases and GTM activities with senior leaders.
• Ensure quality, QA/UAT support, and runbooks are maintained.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and escalate when needed.
• Communicate decisions and document rationale for stakeholders.
