Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Product Manager II for its Trading team to lead a major trading capability—from multi-asset order management to execution and settlement. You will balance client needs with market structure, define KPIs, and partner with senior leaders on strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities include roadmapping, discovery, backlog management, and delivering measurable impact while ensuring compliance and go-to-market readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of product management experience in technology settings; fintech or capital markets preferred.
• Experience defining product KPIs and ensuring operational readiness and GTM coordination.
• Knowledge of the trade lifecycle: order entry, routing, execution, clearing, settlement.

Responsibilities

• Own a trading product or major capability with support from a Senior PM.
• Define near- to mid-term roadmaps and release plans.
• Lead discovery from client feedback, data, and market signals into clear problem statements.
• Translate strategy into PRDs/epics across the order lifecycle.
• Manage product backlog and coordinate delivery across teams and partners.
• Define success metrics, build dashboards, and monitor adoption and latency.
• Plan launches with marketing, sales, and relationship management.
• Ensure regulatory and best execution considerations are reflected in decisions.
