• Working with sales team to present recommendations based on product portfolio and service to potential customers and increase project win.
• Establish, manage, and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure long‑term collaboration and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross functional team including application engineers, supply chain, procurement, quality control, and manufacturing, to ensure timely project development.
• Manage phase‑in and phase‑out process, including announcements, documentation updates, and database maintenance.
• Communicate with overseas counterparts (Taiwan/China) regarding product and project‑related action items, which may require occasional late‑hour meetings.
• Business travel may be required for events or customer visits (approximately 10‑15% travel per year).

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or product engineering within the PC industry or related fields.
• Clear understanding of x86 PC platform, technologies, and trends in the tech industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including engaging with executive‑level stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork abilities, with a proactive mindset and the ability to execute tasks efficiently and independently.
• Positive, determined attitude, with the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, plans, and programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data, track partnership performance, and report on key metrics and KPIs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Salesforce.com, social media marketing, and SAP is a plus.
