Cengage Group is seeking a Product Manager to lead discipline-specific product clusters across Higher Education’s Careers and Skills. You will own strategic development and use a data-driven approach to create the best learning experiences for students, instructors, and institutions, aligning priorities with business strategy and technology delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of product management experience required.
• Proven experience with technology-powered or digital learning products.
• Ability to use customer insights, market research and data to inform decisions.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with data-informed prioritization.
• Ability to lead execution for a feature area or market initiative.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for clear impact.
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
• Knowledge of Product Operating Model (POM).
