Qualifications

• Experience translating requirements for computing and IT into product solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, discovery, and roadmap priorities for Higher Education’s Computing discipline cluster.
• Lead continuous product discovery through user research, analytics, and experimentation.
• Define success metrics and use data to guide prioritization and product decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, editorial, engineering, and UX to deliver high-impact product improvements.
