Job summary

Cengage Group is seeking a Product Manager to lead discipline-specific product clusters within Higher Education’s Computing portfolios. You will apply a user-centric, data-driven approach to build learning products for students, instructors, and institutions, collaborating with editors, marketing, engineering, and UX to translate needs into opportunities and deliver outcomes.

In this role, you will define priorities, drive discovery and delivery, and use GenAI-enabled methods to improve speed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of experience in Product Management.
Strong technical fluency in computing and IT with translating requirements into product solutions.
Experience using customer insights, market research, and data analysis to advise product decisions.
Strong communication and storytelling skills with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy, discovery, and roadmap for Higher Education computing discipline clusters.
Lead continuous product discovery with user research, analytics, and experimentation.
Collaborate with editorial, marketing, engineering, and UX to deliver improvements.
Define success metrics and drive adoption, retention, and learner success.
