CHG Healthcare is seeking a Product Manager for our web experience to own the roadmap for the web platform connecting providers with opportunities, including provider and client funnels, Storyblok CMS, and AI-enabled experiments.

You will collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, analytics, and sales to translate ideas into specs, ship improvements, and measure impact on conversion and speed-to-days-worked, while moving toward Spec Driven Development.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing digital products.
• Preferred headless CMS experience (Storyblok, Contentful, or equivalent).
• A/B testing and CRO program ownership on an enterprise analytics platform (Adobe Analytics is a strong plus).
• Experience with React-based frontend product development and multi-party user journeys in healthcare staffing or marketplace platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap and success metrics for the web platform and funnels; drive execution to hit them.
• Run the A/B testing and CRO program; form hypotheses and analyze results to plan next tests.
• Serve as product owner for multi-site Storyblok migration, with AI workflow additions.
• Write clear specs and user stories using Spec Driven Development; manage backlog with engineering.
• Coordinate with downstream systems and explore new capabilities like an enterprise job board.
• Synthesize customer feedback, usability research, and data to shape near-term and long-term roadmaps.
• Collaborate with CHG product managers to ensure a holistic end-to-end user experience.
