Job summary

Qualifications
- 3+ years in product management delivering technology-driven platforms.
- Experience within healthcare technology is preferred.
- Ability to translate customer needs into scalable product roadmaps.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ownership mindset and ability to lead with influence.
Responsibilities
- Own outcomes from problem definition to delivery.
- Set product direction using customer needs, data, and business context.
- Lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Drive execution through ambiguity and maintain momentum.
- Ramp into new domains, learn Availity platforms and ecosystem.
- Communicate decisions, risks, and priorities to senior leaders.
- Help shape the product organization and how work gets done.
