Job summary

Thatch, a fully distributed early-stage company reinventing how health benefits work in the U.S., is seeking a Product Manager to own a core product area end-to-end. You will shape strategy, prioritize initiatives, and guide execution with engineering, design, operations, and GTM teams.

You will work on real customer problems, weigh tradeoffs, and influence the product roadmap as Thatch scales to serve members, employers, brokers, and partners. Remote-friendly and fast-paced.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of product management experience owning products end-to-end.
• Strong systems thinking with ability to reason through complex workflows.
• Technical fluency to partner with engineers on architecture and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own a product surface end-to-end from strategy to execution.
• Partner with engineering and design to build intuitive, scalable products.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Collaborate across teams to solve complex customer and business problems.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans and informed product decisions.
