Be The Match in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Manager, Product to lead portfolio development and market research, translating customer needs into compelling product requirements. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing and IT to understand market and client needs and ensure products meet expectations.

You will drive go-to-market plans, craft pricing and positioning, and shepherd products from concept to launch while maintaining a competitive position in the market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2–4 years of product or brand management experience, including developing and delivering B2B products and services in healthcare.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
2 years of experience leading teams.
MBA strongly preferred (optional).

Responsibilities

Develops and manages the product portfolio to align with organizational priorities and customer needs.
Leads go-to-market strategy including pricing and positioning across target audiences.
Actively monitors product, customer and operational metrics; adjusts course as needed.
Owns the P&L and ensures financial and operational metrics are met.
Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver services and build strong stakeholder relationships.
