Job summary

Photon is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive growth, platform and technical PM initiatives in a B2B SaaS environment. The role emphasizes GTM enablement, self-serve workflows, and data-driven experimentation across a modern growth tech stack.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in Growth/Platform/Technical PM, with exposure to Fintech, SMB or POS domains, and strong cross-functional leadership to influence without formal authority.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management with demonstrated success in Growth PM, Platform PM or Technical PM roles in B2B SaaS.
• Experience in Fintech, SMB or POS domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• GTM team enablement and self-serve workflows; CDP implementation and data governance; experimentation infrastructure and A/B testing.
• Event taxonomy and data governance; vendor ecosystem management across the growth tech stack.
• Cross-functional leadership to align product teams and establish shared standards through influence.

What are we looking?

Seniority & experience

• 5+ years in Product Management with demonstrated success in Growth PM, Platform PM or Technical PM roles in B2B SaaS, ideally Fintech, SMB or POS.

Core scope

• GTM team enablement and self-serve workflows; CDP implementation (Adobe Experience Platform, Segment, RudderStack or mParticle); experimentation infrastructure and A/B testing; event taxonomy and data governance; vendor ecosystem management across the growth tech stack.

Platform & tooling fluency

• Comfortable with data pipelines, event schemas, webhooks, REST APIs and database architecture; experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, Optimizely or LaunchDarkly.

Cross-functional leadership

• Proven platform PM experience driving alignment across product teams and establishing shared standards through influence, without direct authority.
