Job summary

Photon in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Next-Gen Offer and Loyalty system. You will own the loyalty product roadmap across POS and e-commerce, shaping the user experience for single and multi-location operators and driving scalable growth.

You will translate merchant research into high-impact requirements, define success metrics, and collaborate with Design, Engineering, Sales, and Support to ship features and partnerships with API integrations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management focusing on Loyalty & Rewards for POS and e-commerce.
• Deep domain knowledge of loyalty, redemptions, customer engagement, and campaigns.
• Cross-functional leadership across design, engineering, sales, and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX for single and multi-location operators with scalable design.
• Translate merchant research and user feedback into a prioritized product roadmap.
• Integrate with partners and their APIs for loyalty and redemption features.
• Define KPIs and use product analytics to drive feature iterations.
• Collaborate across design, engineering, sales, and support to build, scale features.
• Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, and business outcomes to leadership.
