Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager, Growth for Claude to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across our product suite. You will work with engineers, designers, marketers, and data scientists to craft data-driven growth strategies in a fast-moving, safety-first environment.

Lead the ideation, development, and rollout of growth features; analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities; conduct user research and define KPIs for growth initiatives;

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of product management experience, majority in growth focused roles.
• Growth experience on mass-market B2C products; subscription a bonus.
• Experience with product-led growth in business and enterprise contexts.

• Claude is one of the fastest-growing AI products in the world, with tens of millions of users worldwide relying on Claude across web, mobile, and desktop
• As a Product Manager, Growth, you will play a crucial role in driving growth for Claude across measures such as acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
• You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, marketers, and data scientists to develop and execute strategies that accelerate our growth while maintaining our commitment to safety and beneficial AI
• Develop and execute a product strategy focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization of Claude
• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of features that drive growth across our product suite
• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities and optimize performance
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact growth initiatives
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth initiatives
