About the role

As a Product Manager for Claude Code Growth, you will play a crucial role in driving acquisition, monetization, retention, and virality for Claude Code. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, marketers, and data scientists to develop and execute strategies that accelerate our growth while maintaining our commitment to safety and beneficial AI.

Compensation

The expected base compensation for this position is $275,000–$305,000 USD. Our total compensation package for full-time employees includes equity, benefits, and may include incentive compensation.

Logistics

Education requirements: At least a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Location-based hybrid policy: Staff are expected to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time, with some roles requiring more in-office presence.
