Job summary

Loot Labs in the United States is seeking a Product Manager to own features across the BOXED.GG experience, including onboarding, games, economics, retention, and live ops. You’ll partner with the Head of Product and grow into broader ownership while translating customer needs into tangible product outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of product management experience in a consumer product environment.
• Track record of driving measurable impact on activation, retention, engagement, or monetization.
• Bias for shipping with strong product judgement in small, focused teams.
• High empathy for customers and understanding of engagement loops, virtual economies, and habit formation in consumer products.
• Comfort operating across multiple product surfaces and ramping on new areas quickly.
• Experience with modern product analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude, Posthog).
• Excellent communication across engineering, design, marketing, operations, and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead features and initiatives within the BOXED product, working with Head of Product to shape direction across onboarding, games, social, retention, logistics, and in-product economy.
• Own the outcome of your initiatives, defining success metrics and outcomes for the features you lead.
• Drive execution, coordinating with Engineering and Design to ship value to customers while maintaining quality.
• Translate customer insights into product decisions by engaging with community, support, and creator networks.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, CX, and Operations to ensure a cohesive BOXED customer experience from first visit to doorstep.
