Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Cash Platform to own FX and cross-border payout products. You will work with engineering and cross-functional partners to define strategy, drive monetization, and optimize routing at scale.

You should bring 5+ years of product management, a strong technical foundation, and a revenue-focused mindset to steer this infrastructure-focused role. Remote within the Eastern Time Zone is supported.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience.
Strong technical foundation; comfortable owning API design and end-to-end systems.
Business-minded; focus on revenue and commercial impact.
Cross-functional by default; coordinates across engineering, finance, legal, compliance, and sales.
Experience with fintech infra such as FX, cross-border payments, treasury, or similar.
Strong executor; ship in high-stakes, ambiguous environments.
Strong communicator; communicates intent, blockers, and next steps clearly.

Responsibilities

Define strategy and roadmap for FX and cross-border payout products.
Drive cost optimization and routing decisions at scale.
Shape monetization path for Stripe's in-house banking infrastructure.
Drive API design in partnership with engineering leads.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate delivery of FX and payout products.
Engage with senior stakeholders to align roadmap and requirements.
Own decisions impacting revenue and cost of Stripe's money movement business.
