Job summary

Tanisha Systems Inc in Albany, NY is seeking an onsite Product Owner to translate client objectives into a prioritized roadmap and backlog. You will work closely with business analysts, UX and engineering pods to drive measurable product outcomes.

You will own the backlog across pods, write and refine epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, and facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos and release planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, ideally in enterprise software or digital platforms.
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Familiarity with AI/data-enabled products is a plus.
• CSPO, SAFe POPM or similar certification preferred.
