Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity at DTN in our Product Team. We are seeking a Product Manager with an exceptional track record of success to help us at DTN through its next phase of profitable growth in Energy & Refined Fuels SaaS. The role will develop and execute a comprehensive product and go-to-market strategy, working on large-scale modernization and migration programs within the fuel supply chain.

What you will be responsible for:
  1. Develop and execute a pragmatic product strategy plan using a structured, data-driven approach for market analysis, competitive differentiation, and business planning.
  2. Work with customers on large modernization and migration programs in the fuel supply chain.
  3. Evaluate build, buy, and partner options, prioritizing opportunities that address customer needs and generate value.
  4. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
  5. Design solutions that focus on customer value, growth, and margin.
  6. Drive a formal road mapping process with feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of product decisions and go-to-market strategies, fostering continuous improvement.
  8. Collaborate with Engineering to ensure requirements are met and products are delivered on time and within budget.
  9. Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop product targets, go-to-market strategies, and drive adoption.
  10. Validate and deliver on ICP and TAM analyses.
  11. Maintain relationships with key customers, influencers, and partners for feedback gathering.
What you will bring to the role:
  1. A proven track record of delivering solutions that provide real value to customers.
  2. Experience working collaboratively with engineering and commercial teams.
  3. Strong understanding of SaaS products and market trends to inform strategy.
  4. Successful history of product launches and meeting business objectives.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage at all organizational levels and with customers.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex data analysis and strategic decisions.
  7. Experience implementing product management best practices and establishing new functions.
  8. Knowledge of market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive methodologies.
  9. Strong commercial acumen.
  10. Experience in Fuel Supply Chain and/or data analytics is preferred.

The targeted base pay range is $90,000 to $120,000, with opportunities for performance-based compensation. Actual offers depend on experience, education, skills, and other factors. This role may also include variable pay and benefits.
