Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Определять и развивать QA-стратегию и авторантай-роадмэп для мобильных, веб, backend и API
• Лидировать и развивать команду QA инженеров, обеспечивать менторство и карьерный рост
• Сотрудничать с инженерией, продуктом и безопасностью для определения критериев приемки и стратегий тестирования
• Обеспечивать сквозное планирование качества и тестирование релизов
• Разрабатывать и внедрять масштабируемые фреймворки автоматизации
• Вводить quality gates в CI/CD и повышать уверенность в релизах
• Проводить обзор тест-планов, тест-кейсов, кода автоматизации и отчетов по дефектам

Trust Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet that helps users securely manage digital assets. It supports over 10 million assets across more than 100 blockchains and provides a multi-chain experience through self-custody technology, a community, and a partner ecosystem.

Задачи:

• Define and drive the QA strategy, quality standards, testing methodologies, and automation roadmap across mobile, web, backend, and API products
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance, regular feedback, and career-growth support
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, and other stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, assess risks, and establish testing strategies
• Own end-to-end quality planning and execution for product releases, including functional, regression, integration, performance, compatibility, and exploratory testing
• Establish scalable test automation frameworks and increase automated test coverage across critical user journeys and platform components
• Introduce quality gates into CI/CD pipelines and improve release confidence and engineering efficiency
• Review test plans, test cases, automation code, and defect reports for quality, consistency, and maintainability
• Identify, prioritize, and communicate product and release risks, providing quality assessments and release recommendations
• Define and monitor quality metrics, including defect leakage, automation coverage, test effectiveness, release stability, and production incident trends
• Lead defect triage and root cause analysis, working with relevant teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence
• Improve QA processes, tools, environments, and documentation to support rapid and reliable product delivery
• Champion shift-left testing and shared quality ownership across engineering and product teams
• Stay current with developments in QA engineering, test automation, mobile technologies, blockchain systems, and cryptocurrency security

Требования:

• Over 10 years of experience in software quality assurance, including significant experience in senior or technical leadership positions
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing QA engineers in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing test strategies for mobile applications, web applications, backend services, and APIs
• Expertise in test automation tools and frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, or equivalent technologies
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and network debugging tools such as Charles or Proxyman
• Proficiency in Java or another relevant programming language, including designing, reviewing, and maintaining automation frameworks
• Experience integrating automated testing and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, exploratory, performance, compatibility, and security testing
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, release management, defect management, and software testing best practices
• Ability to define quality metrics, analyze trends, and use data to drive improvements
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, prioritization, and risk-management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical partners
• High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a rapidly evolving environment
