Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Создавать и владеть AI backend и рабочими процессами Agent.
• Проектировать, строить и поддерживать многошаговые диалоги, контекст-менеджмент, вызовы инструментов, извлечение знаний (RAG) и передачу задач человеку.
• Определять критерии успеха совместно с Product, Design и QA.
• Преобразовывать сбои в обучающие выборки и регрессионные тесты.
• Измерять влияние изменений до и после релиза; анализ причин сбоев.
• Анализировать первопричины ошибок в модели, знаниях, откликах инструментов и стабильности бэкэнда.
• Предотвращать тайм-ауты, retries, деградацию и внешние сбои; обеспечивать восстановление.
• Обеспечивать трассируемость через логи, версионность изменений; строить пути восстановления.
• Предоставлять обоснованные позиции по требованиям: реализуемость, стоимость, риск и альтернативы.
• Предлагать улучшенные подходы и разбивать работу на фазы и поставляемые релизы.
• Делиться прогрессом, блокерами, ETA и следующими точками контроля.

Trust Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet that helps people securely manage digital assets. It supports over 10 million assets across 100+ blockchains and provides access to Web3, the on‑chain economy, and an ecosystem of partners.

Задачи

• Build and own AI backend and Agent workflows
• Design, build, and maintain multi-turn conversation systems, including context management, tool calling, knowledge retrieval (RAG), state management, and human handoff
• Define success criteria with Product, Design, and QA leads
• Turn production failures into evaluation samples and regression tests
• Measure the impact and side effects of every change before and after release
• Diagnose root causes of failures across model judgment, knowledge gaps, tool responses, backend stability, and conflicting rules
• Apply the appropriate fix for each cause rather than defaulting to prompt tweaks
• Handle timeouts, retries, graceful degradation, async jobs, and third‑party dependency failures
• Ensure issues are traceable through logs, changes are versioned, and failures have recovery paths
• Provide reasoned positions on requirements, covering feasibility, cost, risk, and alternatives
• Propose better approaches and break work into phased, shippable deliverables
• Share progress, blockers, ETAs, and next checkpoints proactively
• Track real‑world impact after launch and provide clear documentation and handover materials

• Production LLM/Agent experience at scale
• Experience building LLM or Agent features used by 10,000+ active users and maintaining and improving them after launch
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals
• Ability to own production code, APIs, data flows, and incident troubleshooting
• Experience building evaluation sets, regression suites, and production monitoring, and explaining how improvements were verified as real rather than random fluctuation
• Ownership mindset: make decisions, surface risks early, and verify features in production before considering them done
