Job summary

You will partner with engineering, design, policy, and data teams to translate governance frameworks into intuitive, scalable product experiences for a global community of users. The role focuses on communication of moderation decisions, appeals, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in user-facing platforms or governance products.
• Experience designing clear communication for policy or governance scenarios.
• Experience with appeals, reporting systems, or transparency-focused projects is preferred.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, policy, operations, and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for user trust and transparency products.
• Design transparent experiences communicating moderation decisions and policy explanations.
• Build scalable systems for appeals and reporting to improve fairness and efficiency.
• Develop in-product education guiding users on platform rules and standards.
• Improve governance outcomes communication across user touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric governance experiences.
• Utilize user insights and metrics to continuously improve transparency and trust.
