Job summary

Lab37 Robotics in Pittsburgh seeks a Senior Product Leader to own the fleet management tools from commissioning through service. You will define the strategy, gather field insights, and drive the product lifecycle to improve uptime and technician effectiveness.

You will lead roadmaps, configure deployments, create fleet visibility, and design integrations with ERP systems. Expect collaboration across engineering, operations and field teams to ship results that boost efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or CS; MBA a plus.
7+ years building B2B robotics or field-ops products.
Track record turning ambiguous issues into shipped products.

Responsibilities

Own the fleet management product roadmap and prioritize features from field insights and data.
Define commissioning and configuration for deployed robots with verified deployment history.
Create fleet visibility on system health and performance across sites.
Make maintenance proactive using telemetry anomalies to trigger alerts and preventive actions.
Design the workflow for repair and service, accessible offline.
Define system integrations with ERP and related systems.
Lead delivery and rollout, write clear requirements and run pilots.
Drive cross-functional decisions and measurable outcomes using fleet availability.
