Job summary

Mujin US is seeking a Fleet Product Manager to lead the development of product suites for warehouse automation, including forklifts, AGVs, and AS/RS cranes. You will translate logistics and fleet operations into clear requirements and roadmaps, guiding software and hardware integration and delivering value to customers from concept through retirement.

The role requires a strong PM foundation, hands-on experience in logistics or automation, and the ability to work onsite or relocate to Suwanee,

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end Product Management from concept to retirement for Mujin US.
  • Develop product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with customer needs and market trends.
  • Oversee portfolio performance, profitability, scalability, and business alignment.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory standards to inform positioning and value propositions.
  • Partner with engineering, R&D, sales, and operations to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for new deployments and enhancements.
  • Bridge the gap between software and hardware implementation.

We are seeking a Fleet Product Manager to lead the development of products that orchestrate and optimize warehouse automation systems, including forklifts, AGVs, and AS/RS cranes. This role operates at the intersection of software, operations, and robotics, and plays a key part in scaling Mujin's automation platform and delivering real-world impact for customers.

The ideal candidate is a balanced product leader who can translate real-world warehouse and fleet operations into clear product requirements and roadmaps. Success in this role requires strong product management fundamentals, combined with hands-on experience in logistics or automation environments.

This role is critical in shaping products that transform warehouse and logistics operations through intelligent automation. This role requires you to be onsite or relocatable to our office in Suwanee, GA.

Position Description
  • Drive end-to-end Product Management of solutions for Mujin US- from concept to retirement

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in product management or product development in industrial automation, robotics, or related technology sectors
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work independently
