Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience for technology products or platforms.
• Proven experience owning product roadmaps and driving strategy.
• Experience with Agile environments and cross-functional initiatives.

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for financial operations products and capabilities.
• Lead full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.

• Define KPIs and monitor operational performance to inform decisions.
