Job summary

CIM Group is seeking a Product Manager in Dallas to own a portfolio of business-critical platforms that support CIM’s debt investment and servicing operations. You will translate business needs into requirements and roadmaps, partner with stakeholders, and drive technology-driven improvements across data, reporting, and processes.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in product management or related roles, with experience in financial services, real estate, asset management, lending, or investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in product management, business systems analysis, operations, technology delivery, or related roles supporting business-critical applications and processes.
• Experience in financial services, real estate, asset management, lending, and/or investment operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the product manager for a portfolio of business-critical platforms supporting CIM’s debt investment and servicing operations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify improvements, and translate needs into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology and process improvement initiatives across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, enhance, and optimize workflows, data models, and reporting capabilities.
• Develop and maintain reporting, analytics, and data solutions for timely, accurate information.
• Establish and maintain documentation, governance practices, and controls to support operations and compliance.
