Qualifications
- Experience leading requirements discussions and translating business needs into tech solutions.
- Experience delivering technology initiatives through full lifecycle (discovery to post-launch).
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of wealth management or financial planning workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for financial planning platforms.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with firm objectives.
- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and vendors to deliver solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions, gather feedback, and drive prioritization.
- Develop training and enablement resources for advisors and planners.
