Blue Trust Inc. is seeking a Financial Planner who combines financial planning expertise with biblical wisdom to guide clients and families toward clear financial decisions.

You will craft customized plans, perform cash flow and tax planning, and support Advisors in client meetings. The role emphasizes integrity, team collaboration, and ongoing learning with a goal of providing exceptional service to clients across the 50 states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or financial planning is required.
• CFP designation preferred; CPA also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customized financial plans tailored to client goals and review with the team leader.
• Execute investment transactions per Advisor instructions using trading software.
• Support senior advisors in client meetings, note-taking, and follow-up communications.
• Grow skillset and pursue CFP or similar designation; align work with Blue Trust’s philosophy and core values.
• Maintain high compliance by following HR, policies and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrate proficiency in planning software and general office programs (eMoney, Salesforce, Orion).
