Job summary

Raydar is seeking a Product Manager to take ownership of features from concept to release within a defined area. You will write clear specifications, acceptance criteria, and pair with engineers daily to ship, refine and fix features.

You will gather insights from customers and support data to shape priorities, monitor key metrics, and help keep pace with a growing roadmap of launches. A bachelor’s degree and on-site availability are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of product management experience, or 1–2 years in product with a solid engineering or analytics foundation.
• Independent ownership of features from specification to launch.
• Experience uncovering user needs through customer conversations, support data or usage metrics.
• Everyday use of AI tools for professional work and prototyping.
