Raydar, a fast-growing technology company in New York, seeks a hands-on Product Manager to own the product plan and translate inputs into clear priorities. You will draft precise specs for engineers and create AI-assisted prototypes to test ideas before engineering time is committed.

You’ll analyze usage data to guide decisions, lead releases from start to finish, and work with sales and leadership to shape the roadmap. Equity and meals provided are part of the perk package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management in early-stage, marketplace or B2B software settings preferred.
• Track record delivering working software with measurable impact.
• Ability to prototype independently without waiting on a designer.
• Clear, economical writing with minimal ambiguity.
• Strong fluency in data and product analytics.
• Excellent product sense and ability to simplify complex experiences.
• AI-native approach and curiosity about new tools.
• Depth in web application products and two-sided marketplaces.
• High agency and willingness to drive end-to-end changes.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the product.
