The Content & Client Platforms Pod is responsible for the foundational infrastructure and capabilities that every customer-facing at Wayfair team relies on to deliver innovative and exciting experiences. The Experimentation Platform Team enables all Wayfair teams to learn faster by making experimentation simple, fast, and reliable. The team owns the systems that power experimentation end-to-end, from hypothesis management and experiment configuration to traffic allocation, measurement, statistical analysis, and rollout. We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the evolution of experimentation into an AI-powered experimentation operating system, dramatically reducing the cost and complexity of testing so teams can make high quality product decisions faster, driving product-led growth through improvements to our customer experience and continuously improve the customer experience at scale.
