Job summary

WEX Inc. is seeking an execution-driven Product Manager (PM3) to own and scale digital capabilities within its mixed energy and connected fleet ecosystem.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver friction-free solutions for fleet managers and drivers across mobile apps and web portals, with mentoring from a Senior PM. The role emphasizes tactical execution, user research, and data-driven decision making, including expanding EV charging network integrations and partner connections.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience across full development lifecycle.
• Strong ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlogs in agile environments.
• Experience conducting customer discovery and field research to inform product trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end across mobile app and customer portal.
• Improve onboarding and multi-channel user journeys for fleet managers and drivers.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and partners to align roadmap.
