Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Product Manager of EPC Technology Integrations to guide strategy and execution across the enterprise. You will bridge product management and enterprise architecture, focusing on data, documents, and workflows across engineering and construction applications.

The role includes coordinating external partnerships, aligning data governance, and delivering cross-stack integration solutions while supporting a technology-first project lifecycle. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, architecture, environmental science, business or related field.
• Expert experience in investigating, evaluating, selecting, and driving the development of products for an organization.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem solving skills.
• Proven experience leading projects from proposal through post-production support.
• Budget, savings and/or profit margin achievement on projects.
• Ability to distill information for diverse client base and internal teams.
• Excellent planning and analytical skills.
• Broad knowledge of project management methodologies and tools including Microsoft Project or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap across EPC applications for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate data standards and data broker agreements.
• Architect and implement integration solutions across EPC stacks.
• Consult on architectures for IT and OT domains.
• Develop technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with IT procurement and marketing teams as needed.
