The role requires a degree in engineering or construction management and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Formación

• Bachelor degree and 5 years of applicable experience.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, demanding environment with overtime on short notice.
• High proficiency using Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Assist project managers on a variety of projects of varying complexity.
• Coordinate and liaise with client, subcontractors, vendors and stakeholders.
• Maintain document control, manage databases and track project activities and communications.
• Manage Contractors' submittals, RFIs, and change directives.
• Verify contractor compliance on quality, safety, environmental and material programs.
• Execute contracts including change orders and invoice approvals and schedule management.
• Assist with project controls: cost reporting, scheduling, and project setup/closeout.
