Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of the Enterprise Imaging Diagnostic Suite. You will drive roadmap governance, prioritize features, and shape the portfolio with R&D, UX, regulatory, and executive teams.

You will translate clinical needs into product requirements, manage cross‑functional delivery, and partner with marketing and sales on go‑to‑market plans while targeting AI‑enabled workflows and cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare, business, CS, engineering, informatics, or related field.
• 7+ years in Healthcare IT, Enterprise Imaging, PACS, radiology informatics, or healthcare software.
• 5+ years product management with strategy, roadmap, requirements, and lifecycle ownership.
• Experience owning commercial healthcare software from concept to market release.
• Proven experience with Agile product development and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience presenting strategy, roadmap direction, and ROI to executives and customers.
• Deep domain knowledge of Enterprise Imaging, PACS, RIS, clinical interoperability, and healthcare informatics.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Enterprise Imaging Diagnostic Suite portfolio.
• Serve as primary business owner for product investments, priorities, scope decisions, and release content.
• Translate needs into product requirements via market research with clinicians and stakeholders.
• Lead requirements, user stories, workflow specs, and acceptance criteria with engineering, UX, QA, and regulatory.
• Prioritize development initiatives based on value, impact, feasibility, and regulatory considerations.
• Manage lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, enhancement, and retirement; define success metrics.
• Develop pricing, packaging, positioning, and value propositions with commercial leadership.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success on go‑to‑market and customer engagements.
• Present strategy and roadmaps to executives and customers; drive cross‑functional alignment.
• Escalate risks early and drive decisions with cross‑functional teams.
