Job summary

DeepHealth seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape and deliver Ultrasound AI products, scaling thyroid and breast AI to millions of patients. You’ll work with clinicians, ML engineers, software engineers and designers, translating clinical and market insights into clear priorities and evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (Required).
• 5+ years in product management or related roles (Required).
• Track record of shipping software products end to end with measurable outcomes (Required).
• Product judgment and evidence-based decision making.
• Working knowledge of machine learning and asymmetric error costs (Required).
• User research and cross-functional delivery experience (Required).
• High autonomy and strong communication across time zones (Required).
• Preferred: hands-on AI tools experience (Claude, Codex, ChatGPT).
• Preferred: software engineering or design contribution experience (Preferred).
• Preferred: regulated-medical-domain product experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product strategy and execution for ultrasound AI products.
• Collaborate with clinicians to map clinical workflows and identify real problems.
• Decide what to build, defer, or stop based on evidence and priorities.
• Improve in-market products using customer feedback and market insights.
• Own discovery and validation for new ultrasound opportunities and lead cross-functional delivery.
• Document decisions and rationale for stakeholders across distributed teams.
• Translate clinical problems into actionable ML work and define performance metrics.
